We inform you that the General Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR), intended to harmonize data protection legislation throughout the European Union, entered into force on 25 May 2018; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) / General Data Protection Regulation), also known as the GDPR.

is a personal data controller.

Personal data we collect and how we obtain it
We collect personal data either directly, when we are contacted in any way, by phone, e-mail or mail, or when we receive completed forms that are addressed to us, or from other sources.
We also collect personal data from other sources, such as:
• Collaborators and business partners;
• other third parties, including, for example, courts, regulators and other public authorities, subcontractors in technical, payment and delivery services, search information providers, credit information agencies and background check agencies; we may receive personal information from them as part of the service they provide to us or on the basis of legal provisions;
• publicly available sources such as trade register, land book, internet and other media.
In connection with its business activities, the Company processes the following categories of personal data:
• personal data (name, address, date, place of birth, nationality, personal identification number, gender, occupation, education, marital status, professional status, income, family income, income description, number of children, telephone number, e- mail and other contact details, etc.);
• authentication data;
• data regarding the fulfillment of the contractual obligations;
• information on the financial situation;
• data from public registers and courts, for example, data on real estate in the land register, or on holding shares in companies in the trade register or the national clearing company, data on the quality of party to civil actions, enforcement proceedings or insolvency;
• Information from electronic communications with the company (e.g. e-mails, letters, etc.);
• Data created by the company's processing of personal data listed herein.
Why we collect personal data and what is the legal basis for this
We collect personal data in order to fulfill our object of activity and to fulfill our obligations assumed in the contracts we have concluded with our collaborators and business partners. Sometimes we have to process (especially transmit and store) personal data in order to act in accordance with the law. The legal basis considers that: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract and for our legitimate interest, as well as for the fulfillment of our legal obligations.
To whom we transmit personal data
Within CEE COLLECT ROMANIA SRL, personal data are processed mainly by the departments and employees responsible for managing contractual relations and ensuring compliance with the law.
When and to the extent that this is necessary for the purposes we have described, we transmit personal data outside CEE COLLECT ROMANIA SRL to companies or third parties located within the European Union.
We also transmit personal data in this way to:
• service providers, agents, executors, notaries, subcontractors and other companies whose activities are related to debt collection;
• courts, regulatory agencies and any other public authorities;
• fraud prevention agencies;
• banking and financial service providers;
• in general, any companies and organizations from which we obtain personal data, as listed in this Information Note; of these, we will transmit personal data to companies and organizations located within the European Union.
Your personal data may also be transmitted to third parties outside the European Union. CEE COLLECT ROMANIA SRL transfers personal data to the creditors of the data subjects in Switzerland as well. According to art. 45 of Regulation 679/2016 Switzerland is accepted as having an adequate level of protection of personal data.
CEE COLLECT ROMANIA SRL will ensure that third parties (creditors) comply with the appropriate measures imposed by Regulation 679/2016.
Where we store personal data and where we transfer it
We store and process your personal data in locations within the European Union.
How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which we obtained it.
The rights of the data subject
Below we present the rights of the data subject, based on the law and what CEE COLLECT ROMANIA SRL does to protect those rights:
· The right of access of the data subject;
· The right to request rectification when data are inaccurate
· The right to delete data ("right to be forgotten")
· The right to restrict processing
· The right to data portability
· The right to oppose
In some cases we cannot delete the data especially when its processing is necessary for the observance of the law (e.g. if we are required by law to keep the data) and for the ascertainment, exercise and defense of rights in court and also if will invoke the right to object to the processing of data we may continue to process personal data if our legitimate interests prevail, as well as for the establishment, exercise or defense of rights in court. If the processing was done on the basis of consent and it was withdrawn, the processing of data performed before the withdrawal of consent will remain legal.
